Mineral Museum of Valtellina and Valchiavenna

The museum offers some of the most beautiful, rare and important minerals of Valtellina and Valchiavenna: almost 500 pieces which form the Fulvio Grazioli’s collection, one of the most complete mineral collections of the Alpine area.

Not to be missed, two unique minerals discovered for the first time in the Sondrio area.

The Mineral Museum of Valtellina and Valchiavenna is of special interest to students, geologists and  naturalists, but also to turists and to anyone who wants to discover what the mountains around Sondrio can offer.
The Museum is always open to the public during the main events in the city.
